Shirsten Lundblad is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Kripalu-certified yoga teacher, and musician.  Shirsten is based in southern Maine’s coastal region.

A uniquely-skilled practitioner, Shirsten provides many services, including:

  • Massage therapy & deep tissue massage
  • Sound Healing, Acutonics, and Reiki
  • Yoga – private and group classes (offered through Zoom)
  • Frame drum/percussion instruction
